At Mark’s Circle, our goal was to create a home with a true sense of belonging—one that walks the fine line between rustic and modern, feeling both cool and unmistakably warm. Vertical batten siding and softly ghosted brick set the tone, establishing a rustic-modern language that carries throughout the interior. Wood accents were layered throughout the home to add warmth, texture, and a welcoming familiarity. In the kitchen, a brick backsplash anchors the space and gives it an unmistakably homey, lived-in feel. We opened up the ceilings to introduce more volume and light, allowing the home to breathe and feel expansive. The primary bathroom was completely redesigned to evoke openness, modernity, and a sense of calm tranquility. Each bedroom was given its own personality, creating distinct spaces that still feel connected to the whole. Out back, we bridged the existing rose garden with clean, modern touches in and around the pool, seamlessly tying old and new together.
